We believe that training is an ongoing process. You’ll receive an email notification when you complete a course. This isn’t an official certificate. It’s a confirmation message accompanied by valuable recommendations for further learning.
We aim to have globally recognized partners and be able to provide official certificates.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after registering with Eduplora and/or making the subscription payment. If you cannot find this email, check for it in your spam folder.
We recommend that you add support@eduplora.com to your “Safe Senders List.” You can also contact our support team at support@eduplora.com. A staff member will manually verify your data and grant you access to Eduplora.
To access your Eduplora courses and programs, you must log in.
Look for the icon at the top right of the home page. Enter your email or username and password. If you need to recover your password, click “Forgot your password?” You’ll need to provide us with your email address so we can verify your membership. We’ll send you an email with instructions on verifying your identity and resetting your password.
To change your password, log in to Eduplora with your current username and password. Next, access your profile and select "Settings." Click on "Edit," then "Change password." Enter and confirm your new password and save the changes. This is the password you’ll use to access Eduplora.
You’ll find all the information about our payment plans and course costs on the Pricing page. We’re currently offering a discount for annual subscription sign-ups. Enjoy this benefit with the all-Eduplora membership options. Instead of paying $588 per year for 5 programs, you’ll only pay $499. Learning about one subject often leads to interest in other related subjects. If you experience this, don't worry. You can update and modify your subscription plan whenever you want. Simply log in and click on the "Settings" button. Look for the “Change plan" option. This allows you to modify the type of subscription (course or membership) you have and its duration. Save the changes and confirm your selection, and we’ll update your membership.

At Eduplora, we continually add content to and revise our programs. However, if you feel that you’ve optimized your access to any program or are no longer benefiting from it, you can cancel your subscription anytime. To unsubscribe, log in with your username and password. Go to your profile and select "Settings." Click on the "Unsubscribe" button. We’ll guide you through this process step-by-step. Please note that you won’t be able to view new content or re-access courses you’ve completed. If you’ve experienced difficulties or are unsatisfied with the Eduplora experience, let us know! Your feedback helps us improve.
