Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on Eduplora and forms part of our Terms of Service.

 

1. Digital Capsules (Single Purchase)

Nature of the product

Eduplora Capsules are digital products delivered electronically (for example, as downloadable or online digital booklets / e-books). No physical goods are shipped.

Refunds

  • EU / UK consumers:
    Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

    However, this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once access has begun, provided that you have:
     
    • expressly consented to immediate access, and
    • acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.

    When these conditions are met (which is the case when access is granted immediately after purchase), capsule purchases are non-refundable.

  • Outside the EU / UK (including the US):
    All capsule purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

No refunds for expectations

Refunds are not granted based on subjective dissatisfaction, personal expectations, or perceived lack of results.

2. Subscriptions

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings (if available) or by contacting support@eduplora.com.
  • Cancellation prevents future renewals.
  • You will retain access to the subscription content until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds for subscriptions

  • No refunds are provided for:
    • partial billing periods,
    • unused time,
    • failure to cancel before renewal.
  • EU / UK consumers:
    If access to the subscription begins immediately after purchase and you have consented to immediate performance and loss of the right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once access has started.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds or credits in exceptional cases (for example, unpublished capsules, duplicate charges or verified technical issues preventing access). This does not create a general right to refunds.

4. Chargebacks & Abuse

Unauthorized chargebacks, abusive refund requests, or violations of our Terms (including content sharing or misuse) may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
